When making inquiries, it may be helpful to know state regulations regarding nuisance permits. Here it is as quoted from the State of Mississippi.

Permission is hereby granted to (applicant)  to live trap and relocate nuisance animals in the State of Mississippi.  All employees of (applicant)  actively engaged in trapping nuisance wildlife must possess a valid Mississippi Trapping License.  Animals captured must be released upon lands and in areas for which the landowner has given permission.  No game animal or furbearer may be euthanized without specific approval by the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.  Species covered by this permit include all native game species, native furbearers and bats.  Permits must be obtained from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to trap and relocate migratory species.
